LCD LED Plasma TV Stand 32" 37" 40" 42" 46 " 48" 50" 52" PANASONIC , SONY , VISIO , LG, SAMSUNG with CABLE Management Flat PanelReviewsI have a Samsung 52" TV that works well with this stand. It looks great and has lots of room for extra electronics plus you can't beat the price. The instructions sucked but if you have a little common sense, you won't have much trouble. I think if you have a TV bigger than a 52" or much heavier, you might want to check some other options but it is stong enough to handle what I have. A well manufactured glass and steel construction TV cabinet. The display heighth is fixed and not much of a plus over just having the TV resting on its normal stand. I have a 2009 50" TOC Samsung Plasma display, and while it fits the rack stand with the hardware included, the Plasma seems to be too heavy for this unit--listing about 5 degs forward. I have maybe 6" of clearance from the top shelf with the TV loaded. The supports are 2 metal rods hidden w/in the alumnium posts you see at the back of the pix. There are 2 tension rods, about 32" height, that are screwed-in bottom and bolted at top over the surrounded aluminum shell. I'm thinking about removing the upper display rack and just using the old stand and placing on the top shelf. The cable mgmt is a bit misleading since you cannot run wires through the alumnimum posts; the glass shelves do not have holes to pass the wires through. Depth of the shelves could be a little more (my sound system and cable box barely fit depth-wise). The instructions are just schematics but it isn't difficult to put together. It's heavy. Overall, for the price it looks quite nice and does the job; wish the support was a little more sturdy. The packaging was excellent. This stand is a great piece of furniture for your large TV, but the instructions for assembly are VERY poorly written and difficult to understand. I had to go to the picture of it on Amazon in order to see HOW to put it together. Great stand, exactly what I was looking for. However, IMPOSSIBLE to read and understand directions. Might has well been in Japanese (I don't speak or read Japanese). Only way I was able to assemble stand was by looking at the picture and trial and error. Directions are absolutely useless. Good luck putting it together, but once it is together, LOOKS AMAZING! THIS STAND IS AWESOME. VERY EASY TO INSTALL (ABOUT 45 MIN.). JUST LOOKS AWESOME WITH THE PLASMA ATTACHED. I BOUGHT AN LG 50" AND IT FITS PERFECTLY. ALL THE HARDWARE IS INCLUDED. VERY NICE QUALITY, NOT THE CHEAP CRAPPY STUFF U SEE AT OTHER PLACES. GET IT U WILL ENJOY IT. Average Rating:![]() |

It is a great value for the price and I am very pleased with the product and its fine function. I highly recommend it. Why buy your cable from Radio Shack or Best Buy for 40 USD. These cables work fine and are great.. I got three of them for 10 USD Serves the purpose, may not be gold plated and works like a charm Cable is made of small gauge wire and the HDMI connections seem to lose contact every once in a while. I have to jiggle the cable to regain the connection. I payed a little more for a new cable and solved the problem, so I'm pretty sure the cable was the problem. Average Rating:![]() |

Colorvision STV100 Spyder TV ColormeterReviewsI bought this a couple of weeks ago. It is no longer available, but more importantly it does not work with Vista. Customer Support replied to my query simply by acknowledging that it doesn't work with Vista and offering a 20% discount on Spyder3. At the very least, they should have suggested that I return the product for a refund. The product has high potential. Unfortunately, tha same cannot be said for the company, Colorvision. The hardware would appear to work fine. The software is problematic: (1)it does NOT work with Vista (2)it does not load completely with XP Professional (3)the web site patches do NOT work (4)the web site is difficult to navigate to (5)Customer Service is TERRIBLE! unresponsive, indifferent, and if and when you do get a response it may have no relevance to your problem I returned the product out of frustration The Colorvision STV100 is a good/great colorimeter. The trick is getting the right software which unfortunately is not included with the hardware. Instead of a robust set of software tools to do a proper calibration, the Spydertv package comes with just enough software support to do a very minor and basic adjustment. However, with the use of a product called "Color HCFR", which is a FREE set of software tools, one can get fantastic DIY calibration results with the Spydertv colorimeter. Just head over to http://www.homecinema-fr.com to grab what you need. I still rate this as a 4 star package due to the fact you can still get a great calibration by downloading the free software. I bought this puppy a few days ago and have run it a few times to get a feel for the calibration qualities of the Sensor. Now let me say that I've tried it in a room with only modest light as well as a room with no other Ambient Light Source and both proved to be identical values so as long as it isn't broad daylight with the blinds open it is pretty reliable. Let me add that the device is a Colorimeter which is for calibrating color and it is actually very good at it! Much better than you could eyeball regardless of who you are. So with all that said, let's address some of the complaints, or should I say misconceptions with the device. 1st, all the Device knows are absolutes that are pre-programmed into the software and it is designed to achieve accuracy within a certain degree (often lower than .05% Deviation) and your eyes will never be that accurate. 2nd, Skin Tones Change based on the light source used and unfortunately Hollywood knows that the lighting creates atmosphere so the skin tones will never be 100% reliable in any movie; So let's take the movie "The Guardian" for example this movie had no less than 7 different light sources depending on the scene and this would make calibrating your screen based on skin tones as tough a target as trying to pinpoint a Democrats Morals (After all, truth is relative right?). In Reality Skin tones can only truly be used to judge Calibration based on a Daylight Scene and ONLY if You Know the Skin Tone To Begin With. So if you're going to judge the devices capabilities then you should use known quantities to judge. Good sources are Whites Lines, Known Black Items and Blue Skies or use a modern Animated Feature like Finding Nemo or Shrek where light temperature is never really a factor. Now as for Brightness and Contrast, these characteristics are designed to work within a defined range as well and the Colorimeter is doing what it's told to do... Basically, the software measures the top value and the bottom value for each setting and then takes a few calculated readings from in between to determine range while setting the appropriate mid-point for Range. Keep in Mind, that isn't arbitrary and as such the device will not know if part of a scene is too dark, it is just trying to keep everything operating within a certain range without letting parts of the scene get blown out (the more range your TV has the better this will work but at 700:1 or 1500:1 it will require some user intervention). My advice for setting up a TV, that is less than 2000:1 contrast ratio, with the SpyderTV is to go through the whole setup and then tweak the brightness and contrast with a THX Video Test from a Pixar Disk like Finding Nemo or using DVE for these settings. So, with all that said this device is every bit as accurate as higher priced calibration tools but does require a little bit of knowledge to operate properly within spec. Colorvision STV100 Spyder TV Colormeter is a great piece of equipment. Easy to use and does the job. Average Rating:![]() |

Cheetah Mounts APTMM2B Tilt Wall Mount for 32"-55" Plasma and LCD TVs and DisplaysReviewsYou can't go wrong with this mount. No problem assembling or mounting on the wall. Best price in the land! Easy to install, good price, does the job. Did not come with a stud finder. Screwing the bolts was tough and it did not come with a wrench or right tools. Tilt is also not very easy to change. I had my 32" TV mounted in under 30 minutes. Very easy to install and seems to be very sturdy. With my 32" TV you can see the brackets when you are off to the side. This was sort of expected because the minimum TV this is used for is 32", a larger TV would not have this problem. it was ok but I didn't like that the 2 long bracket had to be put together I ordered this on Monday, had the shipping expidited, and recieved it on Thursday. (From Phoenix to Dallas) The box contained everything it was supposed to contain and the product was exactly as advertised. It was easy to install and works perfectly. I couldn't be more satisfied. Especially since I priced one just like it as Wal-Mart for $119. Average Rating:![]() |

CHEETAH MOUNTS PLASMA LCD TV TILT WALL MOUNT FOR 23-37" DISPLAYS BLACKReviewsThe construction of this mount is as good as any I have seen. I was shipped promptly. However when I received it I was disappointed to find that the wall I wanted to mount it on had 24" spaced studs. This unit is designed for 16" studs. Other than my mistake this is a great product and would have worked great for my 32" vizio! Very nice mount. Built solid and very easy to install. Tilt function is not that smooth but a minor issue. Also agree with some other reviewers about the built in level being off a bit. You should definitely check it with your own level to make certain it's even. All in all an excellent mount for a smaller tv at an unbelievable price. Hung a 32" LCD - easy to install, works great, tilt function is really nice. My parents bought a new flat screen television a few months ago as a spur of the moment gift for the two of them. Since it was spur of the moment, they had decided to wait on getting a mount and just used a stand they already had. Of course, they didn't realize how attractive their new television was to my mother's cats. The cats would jump on top of the stand and rub all over it, sometimes even tipping it over against the wall. After saving their television a few times, I knew they had to get a mount. The prices at the local Best Buy were outrageous, and most of the ones being sold through the classifieds were bad as well. Then, I stumbled upon this mount. It doesn't have the fancy capabilities of the most expensive mounts, like being to pull it away from the wall, or being able to turn it in any direction. It does tilt up and down enough to compensate for any glare from a nearby light, so it's not like it doesn't move at all. My father loved the fact that it came with a level in the box, and it had one along the back support beam to help him get it straight (what he didn't like was realizing that the other decorations and pictures surrounding the television were off center :-) ) To get to the point, this mount WORKS. It holds a 32inch with no problem whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this product. The description for this mount said it worked with most TV's and listed Samsung as one of the TV's. However, the included mounting bolts didn't fit my 26" Samsung, (there was no service # or anything from the manufacturer) and I had to get search some out on my own that were the proper size. The mount was very simple to mount to the wall though and easy to install once I had a the proper bolts to attatch my TV. Average Rating:![]() |

Cheetah Mounts APTMMB Tilt Wall Mount for 32"-55" Plasma and LCD DisplaysReviewsI just installed this wall mount for a 46" LCD Television and it works like a charm. There are several bolting options to match up with any stud configuration. The built-in level is extremely convenient and installation went very smoothly; any bolt you may need is included with the mount. I'm so glad I found this mount for the low price, I have no idea why anyone would pay $100+ for a similar item. Do not hesitate to buy this! I received this wall mount the other day and installed it this weekend. I ordered it to mount my Sony 40" LCD. I chose this mount over the APTMMII because it looked more sturdy due the solid back piece rather than it being 4 rails attached to each other. The mount is made from stamped sheet metal of decent thickness with a very thick black powdercoat. The wall bracket was easy to install on the wall after purchasing a cheap stud finder to locate the studs. Make sure you have a socket set handy to tighten the lag screws that go into the wall. The built in level was very useful and there are lots of holes to use to mount it so it is easier to center the tv no matter where the studs are in the wall. The mount came with 3 different size screws for attaching the arms onto the back of the tv. The screws that it came with that fit my Sony were about a quarter inch too long. They are metric M6 20mm. The booklet for the tv says they should be 8-12mm. The ones that I bought that worked well were M6 16mm. I bought 12mm ones but they were too short. The screws need to go into the tv 8-12mm and then have space for the arm and a lock washer. After securing the arms onto the back of the tv and removing the stand it was really easy to lift the tv, with two people, and secure it to the wall bracket. The mount seems very strong and secure and has withstood the shake of my building by the trains that go by so far. I would definitely recommend this mount to others looking for a decent priced alternative to the expensive store bought mounts. This product was really easy to install and comes with everything you need for mounting flat screen tvs. This item arrived on time, all parts were included, the instructions were clear and easy to read, and the mount works flawlessly for my 37" LCD. Don't be suckered into spending $150+ at the major retail stores. This was a great buy and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to mount their flat-panel TV. I ordered two of these mounts from Amazon; One for a 40" Samsung LCD and one for a 50" Samsung Plasma. The instructions are clear, and all of the hardware is included. Extra screws are included in the event that you do not have the original hardware that came with the TV. The bolts that go into the wall studs are strong, and after installed, I felt I could hang from the mount without it coming unattached. I am definitelt secure in knowing that the mounts will hold the weight of my televisions. Don't spend $100+ on a wall mount at a box store. Order this mount and save the extra money for other accessories. Average Rating:![]() |
